  Celebrating Butterflies

Our young learners of Grade 3 are discovering the beautiful world of insects. Their inquisitiveness derived their attention towards the magnificent butterflies. A session was conducted by Abhishek bhaiya from Ninox- Owl about nature, to celebrate the month of butterflies. He possesses a vast knowledge about butterflies and delved into the intricate life cycle of these delicate creatures, from egg to caterpillar to chrysalis and finally to the exquisite adult butterfly. Children marveled at the diversity of butterfly species, from the vibrant Monarchs to the delicate Swallowtails. They eagerly asked questions and were full of wonder as they quenched their thirst for more knowledge about these wonderful creatures.

Following this insightful discussion, we went on a captivating butterfly tour. As we strolled through our garden, we observed many beautiful butterflies in their natural habitat. Our children were awe-struck as they witnessed butterflies showcasing their survival techniques, using their wings as deceptive false eyes. It was a magical experience, connecting us with the beauty and intricacies of the natural world.
