Vanar years Deepawali Celebration 2022-23

Children of Vanar Years immersed themselves in experiences related to Deepawali. The week began with listening to the story of Ramayan, singing songs  and doing role plays. As they prepared to celebrate Deepawali in school, Children cleaned their group spaces, painted diyas, made decorations and mithai. The collective celebration was a joyful experience for all as they participated in the Puja and sang songs together. The celebration continued with all groups engaging in experiences of applying mehndi, making cards and dancing during the Diwali mela.
