Holi Celebrations 2025
"Colours of spring and Holi, both remind us of the beauty in every new beginning"
Holi marks the arrival of spring—a season of blossoms, colors, and new beginnings. It is a time to embrace joy, togetherness, and the spirit of renewal. The festival also signifies the start of spring harvest. Apart from the change in seasons, it is also an important symbolic change in Shikshantar since the children will soon be moving up a grade to their new classes.
The Primary children explored the beauty of colors both within and around them by walking through a vibrant sensory path to gentle music, taking the time to breathe in the natural surroundings. The path was thoughtfully designed with an array of colorful blooms in the Solar Plaza.
The celebration culminated in the art room where children engaged in free creative expression, translating their sensory experiences into art.
The Holi festivities in Pre Primary School were also celebrated by the children thoroughly enjoying the roleplay by Didis on the story ‘Rangrez Chachi’ and sharing laddoos, smearing each other with natural colours, both of which were created by them as part of the curricular experiences.
