ITIHAAS Summit 2025
ITIHAAS recently marked its 20th year in heritage education with the 16th Annual Summit, "Learning Spaces", on January 30, 2025. Two of our students had the privilege of sharing their experiences as speakers at the summit. Weaving fun facts and stories into the experience, they recounted their adventure on their first outstation trip to Gwalior organised by ITIHAAS, where they explored historical landmarks like Jai Vilas Palace, Rani Lakshmibai's Memorial, Moti Mahal, Gwalior Fort, Tansen's Maqbara, and Saroj Ghar. What made this trip truly unforgettable was Itihaas's innovative approach, weaving fun facts and stories into the experience.
The Chairperson and Director education, Minoti Didi also spoke at the summit, providing valuable insight into our philosophy of experiential learning in spaces beyond the classroom walls. Among other notable speakers was Sonam Wangchuk, founder and director of the Himalayan Institute of Alternatives.
This enriching experience not only broadened our students' perspectives but also instilled in them a deeper appreciation for India's rich cultural heritage.
