Facilitators for Political Science, Psychology and Mathematics.

Candidates are required to have a postgraduate degree in their respective subject with 5 - 7 years of teaching experience with Classes XI - XII.

We are looking for compassionate and versatile facilitators who can work with the children to create or enhance the curiosity towards their subject.

At Shikshantar, our facilitators should be able to create a joyful, safe and non-judgmental environment in which children feel free to express themselves. They should be able to encourage children to critically engage with and question the world around them and connect these to their own experiences and observations.
