Shik’MUN’22: Summer Edition: 26th and 27th April 2022

 

The Shikshantar Model United Nations Conference or shik’MUN has been the perfect platform to debate pertinent world issues for over 8 years now.

 

The Shik’MUN 2022 Summer Edition was the first offline conference after a 2-year long hiatus owing to the pandemic. Unsurprisingly thus, the participation numbers were record-breaking. 195 students from classes IX-XII participated as delegates, journalists, photographers, caricaturists and members of the Organising Committee and the Executive Board. Jahnavi Manglik (Class XII) and Udham Singh (Class XII) undertook the roles of Secretary-General and Director-General respectively. They dutifully handled various departments such as delegate affairs, logistics and communications and served as ceremonial speakers in the opening and closing ceremonies.
