Shabd Manch - A Festival of Letters - Pre Primary
Pre Primary children recently enjoyed a delightful celebration of the Shabd Manch - A Festival of Letters, where they experienced the magic of stories through engaging methods of storytelling such as Box stories, Puppetry, and Kamishibai.
The young minds were absolutely charmed by the colourful handmade pictures of animals by their didis for the story ‘The Black Rabbit’, which built a connect with early science for the children to understand and explore the concept of shadows in a playful and imaginative way.
‘हाथी की हिचकी’, an amusing story, made the children happy and they laughed all through listening with attention and providing solutions as the story unfolded before them. “हाथी को deep breathing करवा दो हिचकी रुक जाएगी.”
Another heart-warming story, ‘The Paper Dolls’ narrated by Didi, wonderfully conveyed the importance of teamwork and togetherness, leaving the little ones feeling inspired and connected. “We are also like paper dolls, we stay together.”
This not only broadened their creative horizons but also sparked curiosity and wonder. It was a joyful celebration of creativity, learning, and imagination.
