We are looking for enterprising professionals and have vacancies for the following posts:

Requirements:

For Senior School, candidates are required to have a postgraduate degree in their respective subject areas. Candidates are required to have a B.Ed degree with 4-5 years of teaching experience at the relevant grade level. Candidates who have experience with ICSE and ISC curriculum will be preferred.

For Primary School,candidates are required to have a graduate degree / B.El.Ed. degree with 2-4 years of teaching experience for the relevant grade level. Those with experience with ICSE and ISC curriculum are preferred.

We are looking for compassionate and versatile facilitators who can work with the children to create or enhance curiosity towards their subject. At Shikshantar, our facilitators should be able to create a joyful, safe, and non-judgmental environment in which children feel free to express themselves. They should be able to encourage children to critically engage with and question the world around them and connect these to their own experiences and observations.

Head of Information Technology
