Q: What is the age criteria for admission as per the New Education Policy?
The age criteria for admissions based on the New Education Policy is as follows:

Entry level (Sprouting Seeds): 3-4 years
Nursery: 4-5 years
KG: 5-6 years
Class 1: 6 years onwards
Q: What impact will the revised age criteria have on existing children?
The revised age criteria will not have any impact on existing children. Their progression to the next class will continue based on their current age. The new age criteria only apply to children seeking fresh admission in Sprouting Seeds, Nursery and KG.
Q: What is the student strength in each group?
The student strength in each group is as follows:

Sprouting Seeds: 25 children
Nursery & KG: 27 children
Q: How will Shikshantar adapt its curriculum as per the new age criteria?
At Shikshantar, we follow an age-appropriate curriculum that is regularly reviewed and evolves based on the needs of children.
Q: What are the school timings?
The school timings are as follows:

Sprouting Seeds:
First term (April to September): 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Second term (October onwards): 8:15 am - 12:15 pm
Nursery & KG: 8:15 am - 12:15 pm
Q: Do we have a transport facility for children of Sprouting Seeds?
In the initial weeks, we recommend that parents drop off and pick up their children from school. This helps them develop a bond with the new school space. We offer transport facilities once the children are comfortably settled in school. Afternoon drop-off facility will be available for Sprouting Seeds children starting from July. Morning bus facility will be offered in the second term (October onwards).
